-Invoicing: product, maintenance contracts, spare parts...
-Control of budgets.
-Service admin and invoicing month end related tasks.
-Service related debt claim to customers.
-Portfolio management of maintenance contracts.
-DB Management Department.
-Miscellaneous administrative work, ad hoc reports.
-Tasks Support Services Administration and Sales Department for Spain and Portugal.

Requisitos:

Skills:

-Degree in Business Administration Management, Economics or equivalent.
-Fluent in Portuguese and English.
-Expert user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
-Computer skills and ERP (MFG Pro)
-Experience in billing departments/finance is a plus.
-Used to working under pressure.
-Ease of interpersonal treatment.
