User Support Representative

Tuenti is seeking customer service oriented support representatives. As part of our Support Team, you will be trained to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues and to respond to enquiries regarding Tuenti’s innovative mobile products and mobile operators. You should also be someone who enjoys being a part of a fast moving / evolving technology business.

You will use your strong interpersonal communications and flawless written Spanish to communicate with our users through written responses and occasionally by phone fluency in a coofficial language of Spain is a plus as well. You will be able to detect problems and report on trends, escalating issues when necessary and sharing knowledge and solutions with your fellow team members. We will value previous experience in customer service or support, good technical skills, experience with administrative tasks, use of spreadsheets, and a passion for modern technology. We are looking for candidates interested in working during the weekends and three weekday evenings.
