Our client is a leading multinational company of the farmaceutical – chemical sector. As an Administrative Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:
Providing flexible administrative support to enhance productivity and exceed divisional and associate business needs.
Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks such as:
Managing calendars
Booking Travel
Scheduling facilities and equipment
Database maintenance
Coordinating special projects, events, and meetings
Generating, proofreading, and distributing various types of documentation.
Ensuring data integrity within multiple systems (presentations, correspondence, charts, reports, etc.) to internal and external customers.
Collaborating and developing relationships with plant based teams in order to assist in keeping business operations and activities organized and moving forward.
Providing strategic support, such as resolving minor operational issues.
Creating and presenting information to groups of various sizes.

Requisitos:
One year of administrative support experience to multiple individuals, office manager, office or executive assistant with customer service or customer service management, receptionist, or professional teaching experience or related experience.
Native level of Italian.
High level of English.
Intermediate level of French.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft® Office Suite.
Ability to:
Effectively communicate (both written and verbal).
Collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
Use independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
Develop and utilize resources effectively.
Prioritize effectively, accurately, and quickly.
