ASICS Iberia is currently looking for a Support for the Operations Department working as a:

ASISTENTE DE OPERACIONES - RECIÉN LICENCIADO

The objective of this position is to provide excellent support to the South West Europe operations department including Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Process Support and Customer Service ensuring the continuity of the Order to Cash Process.

Full focus on one area or flexibility to jump from one to another are options.

Your role will be key solving system issues, customer inquiries, realizing excel analysis, fixing ERP failures and being accountable of administrative task.

In this attractive challenge, you will have a multitask responsibility where the criteria of success will be on time deliveries and more globally the satisfaction of our customers or other departments.

To be successful in this role it is essential to have a clear vocation of customer service, knowledge of supply chain / demand planning / supply planning, problem-solving skills, analysis skills, being able to do several tasks at the same time, show enthusiasm for learning and empathy to create and cultivate social relationships.

- TASKS

* Business Process Support
* Data alignment and cleaning
* Management of pick lists.
* Testing of new functionalities
* Back-up function for other customer service representatives.

Requisitos:

KNOWLEDGE:

* Diploma in Administration or similar.
* Fluent Spanish and English.
* Previous 1-2 years of Operations experience in an international company is a plus.
* Office administration.
* Very good knowledge of computer tools : Office, Information systems, use of databases.
* Supply Chain management.
* Understanding of Operations and Logistics needs.
