We are looking for our next Business Operations Analyst to join our growing Barcelona team!
THE MISSION
As a Business Ops Analyst, you will:
Help C-Level and Caravelo leadership transform the company’s operations to become a scaleup.
Make sure Caravelo is a Global Enterprise-ready and certified provider from a business and admin perspective.
Align the company around the OKRs and company goals becoming the champion of those.
Be part of the IT Security committee, making sure we are aligned and compliant with our commitments.
With a clear focus on scaling the organization and operations, you will be introducing processes and transforming the company through the adoption of new tools and technology. Moreover, you will become a Special Projects Manager with many internal stakeholders.
