We are looking for a CRM Specialist who, reporting to the CRM Manager, will be part of the CRM team in Marketing, participating in the planning and development of initiatives that contribute towards evolving PromoFarma into a customer centric organisation, and to gain customer loyalty whilst encouraging them to shop again.
Responsibilities and duties:
Elaboration and follow-up of Email, SMS, and push mobile campaigns.
A/B testing to improve CRM strategy KPIs.
Producing creative texts for the website, emails, marketing campaigns, and banners.
Managing the backoffice (uploading banners, creating and updating product lists, creating landing pages, updating the homepage).
Managing the loyalty and Member get Member programmes.
Elaborating reports, analysing campaign data, and maximising profit.
Planning and developing visibility and promotional campaigns.
Managing advertising service campaings.
Working with different departments within the company to create a comprehensive strategy: product, brand, traffic, customer service, business, and engineering.
Education in Communication, Marketing, Business, Economy, or similar. Training/experience in online marketing, publicity, and communication will be valued.
Management of the Office Package (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Good level of English. Other languages will be a plus.
Excellent organisation skills, planning, detail orientation, and working under pressure
Ability to analyse and resolve complex issues

Creative, proactive, decisive, and dynamic
Participation in brainstorming, elaborating concepts, and developing creative campaigns
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience with CRM software is a plus.
