They are building an awesome cloud-based casino engine, aiming to provide the best player experience in iGaming. As a cutting-edge technology start-up, we have also provided the first Virtual Reality casino experience in the world.
Our client has a fast growth and that's why they are onboarding a new German and English Speaking Player Satisfaction Agent who will interact with customers in response to enquiries and claims relating to products and services, that may arrive via e-mail, telephone, chat or any other communication tool.

Responsibilities
• Assist our customers on topic or enquiries related to financial, functional, technical...
• Develop good understanding and knowledge of our products, including the specific functions and tools of the casino and games
• Report urgent issue such as downtime and multi-user problems.
• Escalate the issues and don't hesitate to beg assistance for the requests that you are not able to solve by him/herself.
• Assist the Risk & Fraud Department with checks and processes.
• Monitor the activity through offers and campaigns
• Maintain up-to-date with promotions and special offers that we promote to our customers
• Assist in tasks related to marketing campaigns such as translations.

Requisitos:
Requirements
• Perfect written and fluent spoken of English and German
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good Computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications
• Strong administrative skills with pai to detail
• An interest in iGaming or a willingness to learn
• High sense of Customer Service
• Focussed on results and target
• Strong sense of initiative
• Reliable and Team player
