Customer Service - Native Portuguese Speaker

We’re the first Hotel booking website specialized in longer stays. We offer bookings from three nights onwards with amazing discounts depending on the amount nights booked. Right now we are working with more than 100.000 Hotels around the world and we collaborate with companies like Skyscanner, Tripadvisor and Kayak.

We are currently expanding our Customer Service department and require a Native Portuguese speaker for our Customer Service.

Jobs:
- Answering the telephone (making new bookings, modifications, etc.).
- Transmitting and solving issues.
- Negotiating with our suppliers.
- Answering emails.
- Optimisation of the Hotel's content and information, and of the offers available on our website.
- Participation in the definitions of processes and improvements.

Conditions:
- Immediate incorporation.
- Contract: 6m + 6m + Undefined.
- Schedule options : Mon-Fri (8-16h o 14-22h) or Weekends Sat-Sun (10-18h).
- Salary: 12.000 - 13.000 € a/b.
