Order Management Junior Associate

We are looking for an Order Management Associate to work in a leading multinational company in the
pharmaceutical sector.

The Order Management Associate will be responsible to manage Order-to-Cash activities related to
Order Management, Order Fulfillment and Billing.
The Order Management Associate will be responsible to perform a broad set of activities reaching from
receipt of standard customer orders through multiple source points up to delivery, including timely and
effective resolution of issues related to incomplete orders, delivery blocks and billing related activities.
These activities include handling of customer complaints and returns as well.

Responsibilities:
- Create the new orders with SAP
- Review and provide information about the situation of their orders;
- Review and provide logistic or descriptive information of products;
- Review and provide information about delivery data;
- Review and provide information about invoice data (solve possible invoice issues);
- Maintain a record of the most common issues and problems and their solving degree, so that
the customer service is speeded up;
- Involvement in staff training.
- Customer orientation, responsiveness, provide solutions to customer requests;
- Coordinate relationship with Customer in order to improve the satisfaction.
