Part Time Position As Tapas Experience Leader in An International Tourism Company
Contrato temporal Barcelona Descripción:
We are currently seeking for a Tapas Experience Leader to join our operations team in Barcelona. A TEL plays a vital role within the company and is the public face of SANDEMANs NEW Europe. This role will be split up into two exciting and outgoing tasks that are centred on customer engagement.
About the role:
• Pick-ups: a courtesy pick-up service for guests staying at our hotel and hostel partners which guides them to the start location of their SANDEMANs Free tour. (Morning 9.30 am to 11:15 am)
• Tapas leading: showing visitors to Barcelona the Spanish Tapas experience, leading them from bar to bar, chatting with the visitors and teaching them about the Spanish gastronomy and cuisine. (7pm to 10pm)
• The candidate will be working either from Monday to Thursday, or from Friday to Sunday, available mornings & evenings.

Requisitos:
Candidates profile: Members of the Tapas Experience team should feel confident talking to people and be able to speak English to a native level and conversational Spanish (other languages are advantageous). They should be friendly, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service.
