Front officce Accountant

Role:
- Working inside the Financial Accounting department you will be responsible for financial administrative and accounting activities.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts supervision and support
- Giving support to the Finance team
- Prepare and analyse Accounts Payable sub ledger / open items report
- Participation in Internal Controls System (ICS).
- Preventive Analysis of potential double and wrong postings
- Handling of queries /correspondence (internal/external)
- Handle supplier phone call / emails and Handle internal queries

Requisitos:
Qualifications, experience and skills:

- Fluent level of Dutch and English
- Another European Language would be a plus
- Bachelor's or technical school degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Business or equivalent
- Experience in the accounting area, min. 1 year or -Front Office/Administrative
- Experience will also be financial Interest.

Skills:
- User knowledge of the Office pack
- Knowledge in SAP systems is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communicative skills
- Team player
- Dynamic person with good interpersonal and customer oriented skills
- Willing to work in an international environment
