-Preparation and administration of FE expense claim.

-Service admin and invoicing month end related tasks.

-Portfolio management of maintenance contracts.

-Miscellaneous administrative work, ad hoc reports.
-Tasks Support Services Administration and Sales Department for Spain and Portugal.

Requisitos:
Skills:
-Degree in Business Administration Management, Economics or equivalent.
-Fluent in English and Intermediate level in Portuguese.
-High level in the management of the Office package.
-Experience in billing departments/finance is a plus.
-Used to working under pressure.
-Ease of interpersonal treatment.
