Analyst for Global Customer Care. Multi-Lingual (German, English and Spanish)

Descripción:
• Become a recognized expert in the BravoSolution technology suite.
• Support customers and suppliers in the use of features and functions of our technology suite.
• Understand how customers are using BravoSolution software to provide effective support.
• Coordinate and complete periodic data reviews, updates, issue resolution, manipulation and uploads associated with customer projects.
• Track manage, and escalate support issues within the team.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and peers to ensure support issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.
• Communicate status updates to customers and internal project managers.
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical data for spend analytics, e-RFIs, e-RFQs, e-RFPs, and e-auctions.
• Implement continuous improvements/ standardization to ensure a highly repeatable and consistent process.
• Conduct project reviews to incorporate process changes and best practices across all customers.
• Conduct training to our customers and suppliers.

Requisitos:

• Experience is not required.
• Experience in giving support to customers is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and team player.
• Logical approach to problem solving.
• Proficient in Windows based application, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer.
• Fluent in Spanish, German and English is a must.
