Selectra's CRM/Telephony team develops our CRM and the different applications integrated into it by providing daily support (team training, implementation of new processes,...) to the different international teams on Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Vonage, Zapier, Twilio and other internal applications. 

Job description

Integrating a team of 4 people composed of one product owner & team manager, two CRM Technical support and one senior developer.

The CRM Technical support will join the team in Madrid and will work with all the countries represented at Selectra.

Main missions : The CRM team assists with the support of all technical applications that do not require coding. Ticket resolution (for all applications*):

- Different configuration requests (new telephone/email/fields, permissions, workflows, new features, ect)
- Problem solving (access problems/rights, bugs on a platform, bad configurations...) .
- Team training on processes
*CRM, Telephony solution, Zapier, Typeform, Twilio, internal apps, etc...

As the scope of the team is very wide (many connected applications for the international market) the position of CRM/Telephony Assistant is a real opportunity for those who want to learn a lot in a young, caring and motivated team.">

Requisitos:

Profile:

Ideally we are looking for a candidate coming from an engineering background who meets the different skills:

- Have a real appetite for IT and new technologies, ideally with a strong background in computer science.
- Versatile, able to carry out several missions in parallel and endowed with a strong spirit of initiative.
- Enjoy writing and also have an analytical mind. 
- Fluent in written and spoken English. 
- Professional experience is not necessarily required, but we are looking for a high level of self-demanding profile with a thirst for learning.
- Proactive, autonomous and flexible.

Conditions:

- Internship contract for 6 months and permanent contract after the internship or long-term contract (depend of profile)
- Job-based in Madrid (Marqués de Monteaguado, Madrid)
- One weekend per month on guard duty (remunerated)
- Health and dental insurance (after 6 months of contract)
