About the position
The International Business Developer serves as a primary resource for the development of qualified, strategic sales leads in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Netherlands, and UK, among others. This position demands the ability to actively identify and target new business opportunities. It requires strong cold calling skills and experience in sales or telesales. This role will be a key position in the company in developing and leveraging our current clients for new and pioneering business deals.

What you’ll do
Create a good database of potential clients for the above-mentioned countries
Identify the decision makers within our potential clients
Build up and manage a database of prospect companies
Reach out our potential clients by phone, email or other networks
Establish relationship with these companies
Close virtual sales meetings for Sales Team to present goFLUENT solutions remotely
Develop market territory
Get new clients and develop our global clients in those markets

Requisitos:
What you'll need:

Experience in sales and / or telesales is aplus
Strong cold calling skills
Good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls
Excellent communication skills and a high level of English Proficiency
Proactive, personable, hard-worker and easily adaptable
Active on social media in a business context. Experience using Linkedin
Ambitious and with a hunter sales mindset

Good to have:

B2B Sales experience
Salesforce experience
Good command of MS Office and Google tools
Proficiency in any of the other languages: Polish, Czech, Romanian, etc."
