Junior Service Desk Engineer - Contrato Temporal / Media Jornada

As a Junior Service Desk engineer, you will support Align EMEA Service Desk team that is instrumental in delivering high standard IT support to our internal customers.

You will raise the level of IT service delivery in our company by contributing to IT processes, methods and tools being used and developed. In addition, you will support the delivery of cross-functional assistance and provide timely information to maintain Customer Satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

Prepare End users' account, hardware set up and office desk set up
Assist with the Ticket triage within the Ticketing tool
Respond to customer communication regarding software/hardware issues received via phone
First and Second level desktop & apps deployment and support to end-users in EMEA offices including remote staff
Evaluate nature of the problem; determine the appropriate solution and aid resolve the situation for a user(s)
Act as a resource for call handling within the IT team

Skills:

You must have good organisational skills
MS O365, Skype For Business understanding
Active Directory experience
Excellent communication in English, other European language(s) is a plus

Formación Profesional Grado Superior - Informática
Student IT/Computer science (Bachelor or Master)
Available 6-9 months

Experience:
Some experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk environment in a complex international organization is a plus
