Marketing Automation Specialist (Salesforce & Marketo)

goFLUENT is looking for a strong addition to our growing team who will be on top of automating our marketing efforts and aligning them with our lead generation and database management strategies. This role will be highly focused on email marketing, maximizing two powerful systems, Marketo and Salesforce.
You will design the strategies to make sure every market interaction with our digital marketing touchpoints would result to leads and opportunities for our global sales teams. You will be expected to develop and track email campaigns and assets alongside a team of content writers and web developers, work closely with the sales to identify and execute outbound marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (specifically Marketo) used to generate, analyze, and report on leads.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing campaign and lead management.
• Work with sales teams to prioritize, develop and execute on outbound email campaigns
• Create and continuously optimize emails for marketing nurtures to improve program success.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize email marketing performance.
• Work with content, design, and tech teams to manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
• Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
• Participate in analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.

Requisitos:
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience with a post-secondary education in marketing or related fields
• Experience with marketing automation tools and strong technical skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and data analysis.
• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
• Excellent command of English and good communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
• Experience in Marketing for B2B companies
