Job Description

The Office Manager & HR Iberia supports the organization’s strategic achievements ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis managing office budgets, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. Also will be in charge of all HR company processes.

Job Responsibilities

Office supplies and technological devices management
Communication with network provider
Devises Stocktaking
Management of problems and breakdowns in the office itself (furniture, bathrooms, etc.)
Invoice payment to suppliers
Non-deductible expenses management
Management of employee working hours registration
ISO 9001 & 14001 management
Labor management: daily communication with the Payroll partner and Health and Safety partner.
Organize, update and communicate general rules and procedures for order and cleaning of the office.
Manage door entry and physical mail and parcels
Organize and update the gF library
Talent Recruitment identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate.
Ensure smooth new hire onboarding procedure in coordination with team Managers.
Coordinate with HR Global teams to localize initiatives.
Perform additional duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process.
Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues.

Requisitos:
Education requirement
Higher school certificate minimum required. Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.

Skills
Spanish native or bilingual speaker.
Mandatory proficient level of English in writing and oral.
Good knowledge of the field of ongoing education with new technologies and/ or Customer care would be an advantage.
Organizational skill, keeping deadlines, and decision making.
