We are looking for a Sales Effectiveness Analyst for our Head Offices in Palma de Mallorca.
Key Responsibilities.
The Sales Effectiveness Analyst is reponsible for Standardizing processes; leveraging best practices; implementing a communication plan; reducing KAM involvement in non-commercial tasks and coordinating the global training plan (Sales Evolution Programme) with the Training Manager.
- Drive sales and KAM productivity by facilitating standardized sales processes;
- Reduce involvement in non-commercial tasks through implementation of improved operational processes (CRC, financial, exclusions);
- Enable effective communication to the sales teams regarding key cross-departmental projects & business processes;
- Coordinate and implement a tailored training plan for the global Sales team together with the Training Manager;
- Promote key business projects that affect the global sales team;
- Coordinate & develop Sales Fraud Protocol to reduce impact on clients and TTV

Requisitos:
Candidate Profile.
- University degree or above - essential
- Excellent knowledge of all internal systems: Atlas 11g, Atlas 2,0, Salesforce
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
- High level of knowledge of Powerpoint
- High level of English, both written and spoken
- Sales background, desirable
- Communication skills
