This role is responsible for providing expert software technical support and/or Application Support including maintenance for GEHC customers. Provide support to customers experiencing application workflow/clinical issues displaying an in-depth client workflow or clinical knowledge and/or technical difficulties displaying in-depth technical knowledge of the technology in the Software Products. Working knowledge of operating system (for example file transfer, etc.).

Requisitos:

IT understanding of ICU areas as well as proving experience on the following topics:
Clinical path for patients and operational workflows at ICU departments
Proven experience on electromedicine systems handling as pumps, ventilators, etc
Database management knowledge, desirable MSSQL and Sybase
ITIL framework understanding,
PMP framework understanding,
Integration services (HL7, webservices, SOAP) and integration engines (Rhapsody, Mirth)
Operative systems management: windows server environment
Informática: MySQL, SAP, SQL, WebServices, XML
Idiomas: Inglés alto  Español alto

Contrato: Contrato indefinido
Remuneración: De 1300 a 1500 euros/mes
