Bilingual Student Intern - Victoria Selection & Search

We are looking for a student intern to join our team in our Madrid office located in the heart of Barrio Salamanca. This is an exciting part - time opportunity. It will be a hands-on position in an English and Spanish speaking office. This position will be an immediate start:
Tasks (among many others) will include:
- Maintaining and updating a candidate and client database (Excel, Google Drive and specialist recruitment CRM software)
- CV screening
- Updating and scheduling meetings
- Candidate (interview) calls in English and Spanish, email follow up (Gmail)
- Research: identifying potential clients and candidates
- Assisting with Candidate interviews and write ups
- Helping to prepare client and candidate bulletins (using Mailchimp)
- Posting updates and helping to improve Social Media (Hootsuite, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Research: Google Analytics & SEO
- Analysis using Microsoft Excel
