DESCRIPTION

You will be the main point of contact for both our customers and our service providing partners, and you’ll be given responsibility from day one. As you’ll be closely connected to our customers via phone, email and CRM tools, your insights will be vital for improving our user experience and optimising our processes on a daily basis. In addition to solving requests of our customers and service providers, part of the job involves acquiring new service providers via different channels, as well as optimising and streamlining our operational processes. We are working with the newest startup tools, some of which you may be familiar with. Others you’ll get to know quickly. You can work for the Spanish or Italian market. In mutual sessions with the rest of the team you will get to know about the best practices from all three countries we are working in.
