The successful candidate will assist in providing administrative and practical support to sustain and develop programs for implementation of the Health & Safety program plan.

Among others, your duties will include:
· Implement and review Solera's safety policies, ensuring that local legislative requirements are met.
· Proactively collaborating on the definition of a Health and Safety Management system.
· Definition, implementation and follow up of Health and Safety strategic plan for the year (Risk Assessment and "Planificación Actividad Preventiva")
· Providing guidance on Health & Safety compliance to all stakeholders.
· Legal arrangements and follow up.
· Provide information about Health & Safety according to Spanish regulations.
· Plan and strategize work systems around reducing Health and Safety risks.
· Evaluate new and existing safety programs to assure compliance with safety regulations.
· Make sure personnel is trained as required.
· Assist employees with safety related activities (equipment assessments, etc.).
