Data and Administration Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual, who can act as integral support to administrative staff within our school.
Job Purpose
- Data Collection – data concerning children’s attainment and progress Data Analysis – analysis of the data according to children’s age, gender, first language spoken, time in the school etc.
- Marketing and Organisation of events in the school including charity events, especially the annu-al May Fair event
- Ordering of materials for use in the school
- Setting up of classes, teaching sets, and timetables on the school’s data base
- Collection of information - e.g. trip permissions, registers
Special Requirements
- Ability to act as a role model to students within schools
- Creative and self-motivated attitude to problem solving
- Flexible approach to work, happy to “juggle” different things at the same time
- Positive attitude, energy and eager to learn
Relevant Skills
- Native/fluent English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate to high level of Spanish
- Interest in education sector
- Good organisational skills A love of working with children and the ability to manage groups of students
