Zte Spain- Aftersales Internship, Logistics Department

Key Responsibilities:
• Handing fees with operators as Vodafone, Orange and Yoigo, on monthly bases, audit the HF reports, contacting with ASC and ZTE Settlement Dept. for validation.
• Receive monthly reports for ASC (Anovo and Smartlabs), get the code of products to apply for adjustment in ECC, following up for the shipment.
• Issue credit note with customers of ZTE Spain, invoicing price, contract numbers
• Report obtaining, validating and applying to invoicing with Vodafone and Movistar.
• When operators report penalty for TAT exceed, check with the ASC to validate the reports, apply to adjust and add faulty units in ECC and following up of the returning.

Others Responsibilities:
• Support for Call Center and Social Network questions.
• Support in other aftesales activities depending on their need.
