Customer Support Internship - Native French

To continue our international growth, we have an opening for a native French speaking intern to join our Business Support team.

At Camaloon, as a Customer Support intern you will be responsible for developing and establishing great realtionships with our clients.

We are looking for someone who is communicative, dynamic and wants to join a fast-paced international environment!

Observation: For this position you´ll need to be enrolled in a university course or equivalent.

Camaloon is an ecommerce that allows customization of a wide range of products (buttons, stickers, magnets, etc), using both your own designs and designs from artists from around the world. Products are made in our facilities located at the heart of 22@, Barcelona’s innovation district.

THE MISSION:

- Answering customer queries and complaints via email, chat and/or telephone

- Processing customer orders and maintaining these orders

- Other administrative tasks

Requisitos:

Currently enrolled in an University or Course.

- Native level of French language plus other European languages (English, Italian, Spanish and/or German)

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Empathy and persuasion skills

- Proactivity
