We’re looking for an exceptional French Technical Account Manager Trainee. The qualities we seek and values in our team members include: high expectations toward oneself and each other, proactivity: initiatives are welcome, result-orientation and teamwork spirit.
Responsibilities
• Provide Excellent Customer Support to our clients in France and internationally. You have to understand the client’s needs, anticipation and providing marketing advices and support
• Accompany new clients in their set up.
• Accompany existing clients in their email marketing strategy.
• Answering incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical issues (Level 1).
• Responding to incoming emails.
• Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations.

Requisitos:
Your profile
• You are looking for an Internship with real career opportunities.
• You are in your last year of Bachelor / Master, and you can sign an internship agreement with your university / business school.
• Customer oriented, you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, autonomous, positive attitude, energetic approach and troubleshooting skills.
• Drive for excellence, strong influencer and customer focused.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Rigorous, organized and used to deal either with big or small and middle size clients.
• French native speaker, fluent in English. Spanish would be an asset.
