Internship in a Fitness Tech Startup | Customer Support - Barcelona
Convenio de Prácticas Barcelona Descripción:
Learn the Startup Environment with us. We search Students or Graduates in Sales, Marketing or Business studies. Spanish fluent mandatory. Flexible (part time to full time), for 6 months, start ASAP (August optional). Wage 500 €/month. (Location: close to Arc de Triomf)
You will:
– Meet with the current clients to get feedback from the product (Gym Clients)
– Train clients with new functionalities and assist them with product if needed
– Synthetize the feedback and information received to the founders team
– Also provide support with hands-on experience with the product development and innovation team

Requisitos:
REQUIREMENTS
– Fluent level of Spanish, Catalan is a plus
– Being passionate about customer support and new technologies
– Being positive and friendly
– Being proactive, eager to learn, not afraid of responsibility and highly motivated
– Practice or be very interested in fitness
Informática: Excel, MSOffice, WORD
