We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition intern that will support our hiring activities from Barcelona's HQ office.

The mission:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will learn how to provide the best-recruiting experience to our candidates and supports the Human Resources Manager in all hiring activities. He/she will help Caravelo to hire efficiently and keep the hiring process running.
Moreover, he/she will help to set the basics for a successful internship program in HR that will also serve as inspiration/test for other departments.

Duties and responsibilities
His/her responsibilities include:
- Learning how to create a job posting
- Manage job ads on strategic job portals
- Scheduling calls and leading interviews according to CVO hiring methodology
- Maintaining candidates database updated (Personio)
- Handling the paperwork during the onboarding process
- Set the bases for the Caravelo Internship program
- Support other people operations activities (i.e. employee engagement activities, reporting, etc.)
