Are you passionate about Human Resources and keen to learn and gain experience within a multicultural travel-tech SaaS company? Do you want the chance to manage full-cycle selection processes from day one?

The mission:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will learn how to provide the best-recruiting experience to our candidates and supports the Human Resources Manager in recruitment activities. He/she will help Caravelo to hire efficiently and keep the hiring process running.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Hiring people:
-List and manage job postings across various sites and tools (LinkedIn, Personio)
-CV filtering and pre-screening applications received
-Scheduling and conducting screening interviews
-Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for Hiring Managers and candidates
-Following up during the recruitment process
-Take candidates' references
-Developing nurture pipelines to engage passive candidates who did not meet requirements for a current role, but would be good potential candidates for future roles, plus HeadHunting potential candidates
-Providing weekly reports to HR Manager on a timely basis regarding our candidates' pipeline
2. Processes (hiring-related)
-Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, key qualifications/requirements
-Continually assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process, obtaining feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and utilizing data to refine and improve the processes over time
3. Onboarding new hires
-Supporting the HR Manager on new employees’ preboarding and onboarding process (operational)
-Reporting and implement actions related to their Candidate Experience (e.g. launch surveys and create their reports)

Requisitos:

- BSc/BA/master or currently studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Communication
- Professional working fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in HR recruitment is an advantage
- Experience using social networks (i.e: LinkedIn)
- Good level of Excel (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- You are an A do-er: the moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are dynamic, open-minded and able to multitask
- You are interested in learning about HR recruitment
- You are comfortable embracing a culture of constant experimentation

Mandatory requirements:
- You can sign an internship agreement with your university/Business School
- Internship programme 6 months minimum. We offer the possibility to join our team following the internship (job contract).
Note: During the school year, the position can be part-time depending on the student's schedule. The intern should be able to work 40 hours per week during their school break (i.e. summer season).
