An exciting opportunity to join an international digital company for a 6 months internship as Office Manager. You will need to be able to think on your feet and be flexible to any day to day challenges that may occur as this is a fast-paced position that requires extreme organization and communication skills. After a training period, you will learn how to manage and to run smoothly the office’s life. Under the supervision of our HR manager, you will report directly to the managing director
Mission:
Welcome the newbies and look after them (Make sure they all have the necessary informations to start on their first day)
Office supplies management and stock management
Managing the reception desk and and answering to inbound phone calls.
Managing the benefits provided to the employees.
Managing all task related to the day to day management of the office
Arranging internal and external meetings and preparing any relevant paperwork
Coordinating travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodation and itineraries
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and handle them when appropriate
Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports
First point of contact for liaising internally and externally
Support HR Manager with ad hoc HR administration
Health and Safety management, including office security
Suppliers and Contractors management in liaison with office and business needs

Requisitos:
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory - Catalan or French would be a strong advantage
Studies in business or administration.
Be able to get an internship agreement with your school or university.
Advanced level of pack office and interest in new technologies.
You are problem solver, proactive rather than reactive.
A reliable individual accustomed to a fast paced environment
Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure smooth running of the office.
A good team player with good organisation and planning skills is essential
