We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to add to our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is not scared to work in a fast-paced environment, and want to take part to a project from scratch.

We look for people who have a passion and commitment to join our Company on its journey to help the Horeca industry face post-pandemic challenges.

In our staff we look for an attitude, a way of being and facing the day by day with positivity, energy and, of course, a big smile.

You will work hand to hand with the founding team.

# Responsibilities

- You will be a Business Developer responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities and you will follow up on these alliances
- Attract and retain clients. You will be one of our customers' first contacts, and we know that first impressions count!
- You will be responsible for establishing contact with and transforming potential customers into partners.
- You will monitor your work through KPIs, and share your results through weekly and monthly sales reviews

Requisitos:

# Qualifications

- **We are looking for motivation, energy and proactivity**
- Sales skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- In the last year of Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or sales related field.
- Dynamic and organized person.
- Good communication skills and people-oriented. Our clients are above all else.
- You are an ambitious hunter
- You feel recognized when you talk about generating excellent relationships and persuasiveness
- You like the challenge and have a strong orientation to results
- You will take each proposal to heart and you can reinvent yourself every day
- You speak perfect Spanish and Catalan
- Passionate for Food and Restaurants

You will need to feel comfortable in a start-up culture where dynamism and flexibility will allow you to make an impact worthy of your participation.

We will accompany, train and coach you to develop your soft and hard skills
