We are hiring a BILINGUAL IT Services Delivery to handle the coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring requirements of technical projects (telecommunication engineering) with various globals customers.

#ImpressThem is at the foundation of our Support Services team. Our motivation is to provide customers with an exceptional experience in aspects of their interaction with our support and managed services teams.

This position is responsible for managing new orders to business customers for any of the services listed above. You will own the orders from the beginning to the end. We do not hand off orders between departments; we feel this is a bad customer experience.

As a Service Delivery assistant at GALAIT, you will help to our Global Service Desk Team's day-to-day operations. The Global Service Desk Team is responsible for providing 24/7 to all of our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assistance for coordinator for all deliveries assigned to him/her.
Help to find third-party resources (internal & contracted), ensuring that the customers’ request.
Responsible for all deliveries assigned to him/her.
Communicate regularly with the customers, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life cycle.

Requisitos:

APPLICANT'S PROFILE:

Advanced English speaker - (mandatory)
Study area: Engineering in telecommunications, computer science, systems, or technical career related to telecommunications.
Experience with telecommunications equipment (Desirable).
Work zone: Barcelona
Proactive and oriented to solve everyday problems.
Informática: Cisco, MSOffice
Idiomas: Español alto  Inglés alto
