Social Media Moderator Internship

How Do You Fit In?
As a Social Media Moderator for Spain you will be a member of customer service organisation, Global Member Service (GMS), responsible for customer relationship building, and serves as a stakeholder for maintaining customer service excellence on the JustFab social channels. You will assist with curating compelling content for our social platforms.

You will report to the Manager for EU Member Services JustFab, who is based in Barcelona.

The internship is time limited and will last 6 months, full-time during Monday-Friday. We are flexible in terms of when during the day you work.

Responsibilities:
• Answer member questions and issues appropriately in a timely fashion as they arise on Social Media channels and provide follow up to customer service related inquires as needed.
• Initiate and moderate customer/member discussions, pin-pointing potential problems and determining appropriate solutions. Identify members who create difficulty within community and research how they are interacting with members. Determine temporary and permanent ban policies and enforce accordingly. Troubleshoot and develop proper responses or corrective actions when needed.
• Participate in driving the direction of content related to the community experience by offering suggestions for improving user experience based on community insight.
• Identifying social media influencers and potential brand ambassadors
• Assist with brainstorming for upcoming Social initiatives.
• Assist with contributing original content to our social pages weekly and the JustFab Blog and monthly.
• Assist with maintaining Response Team email account, helping to provide thorough resolution
• Identify and escalate any customer complaints to Quality Assurance and Compliance as needed

Requisitos:

Required Skills:
• Social media experience preferred
• Native French speaker and fluent in Spanish
• Fashion knowledge, experience, and background
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to maintain brand voice in all customer communication
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities within specified time frames
• Be a team player and able to build relationships with people in all levels in the organisation
• Energized by customer service and interaction
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Sense of humour :)
