Requisitos:

Desired profile:
Proficient in English and Spanish (fluent or higher)
Great communication skills (written and spoken)
Available to join our team as soon as possible
Preferably currently enrolled in a university degree majoring in one of these topics: Communication, Advertising, Humanities, Linguistics, Marketing, Business
Passionate about digital marketing, influencer marketing and social media
Any knowledge in web development would be a plus
Duties:
Product quality assurance. You will be assisting the product team by assuring standards of quality in their new developments for their applications. You will learn about User Experience, Web Development and Product Management methodologies.
Customer Service tasks (Helping users navigate Heepsy, answering their questions online…). For this you will learn to use tools for customer interaction, automated campaigns and reporting tools.
Product analytics tasks. You will assist in making reports on how the platform is being used, what our customers value and what the drivers of conversion are.
Informática: Excel, MSOffice, WordPress
Idiomas: Inglés alto  Español alto

Jornada: Horario de Mañanas o tardes
Contrato: Convenio de Prácticas para estudiantes.
