As Customer Service Executive Trainee​, you will learn the ins­and­outs of the Customer Service department. Throughout the training period you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects which encompass a successful e­commerce business.

Internship tasks:

Our Customer Service department is based in Torroella de Montgrí, a small town located in a beautiful part of the Costa Brava, within cycling distance of the beach and commuting distance of Girona (35 minutes by car).

Assisting customers seeking the availabilty, pricing & service information (telephone, chat and email);
Booking assistance throughout the reservation process, booking administration, reviewing customer bookings for errors and inconsistencies;
Calling customers to help them complete their payments;
Intermediation between customers and our transport suppliers located in over 400 airports worldwide, as well as with our affiliates and resellers of our services;
Sending transfer service notifications to suppliers eg: new bookings, changes and cancellations;
Travel assistance in the event of transport supplier service failure on the day of travel via phone, email and live chat;
Reinforce supplier compliance with the standard operating procedures (SLA)
Other duties as assigned


The office is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Customer Service Trainees share rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday on either morning or afternoon shifts (with two days off per week – not weekend):

Day: from 7h to 15.30h, 8h to 16.30h, 10h to 18.30h, 11 to 19.30h
Afternoon/Evening: from 12.30h to 21h, 14.30h to 23h, 14.30h to 23h, 15.30h to 00h,16.30 to 01h

Requirements for the applicant:

Studies
Tourism, Business, Administration
Required languages
English – B2
Spanish – B2
Desired experience
Not necessary, but valuable experience in customer service
IT skills
Office – Excel.
Other requirements

800€ gross
Working hours
monday to sunday – 5 working days per week

40 hours per week / 8 hours per day
