Casa Barcelo Camp Nou Hostel Second Manager Internship February 2019

Hola!

We are Casa Barcelo Camp Nou Hostel located in Barcelona/Hospitalet de Llobregat, metro stop Collblanc, a stone through away from Camp Nou stadium. We are a small size hostel with capacity of 55 beds. Currently we are looking for an intern to cover a second manager position to start from 21st of February 2019.

Candidates needs to have:
- EXPERIENCE- previous experience in Hospitality/Turism Industry. Preferibly in the Hostel Industry.
- PERSONALITY - person with traveler soul, curiosity, great sense of customer care (and humour!), empathy and patience,
- RELIABILITY- seriousness about the job, responsibility for supervising all the Hostel Management Processes person to be a role model for other employees, person who will go beyond their tasks if team needs it,
-ORGANIZATION- we look for a candidate with great organizational skills, proactiveness, sense of self direction,
- PASSION- for working in the Hospitality Industry, meeting people from all over the world, having new ideas and energy to introduce them.

Your tasks will include:
- reception management
- customer relations management
- bookings management
- marketing, sales, advertisment
- HR and recruitment.
