This position will work closely with Sales/CSM Team in order to inform them how each client is working on the language program.

Job Responsibilities:

- To monitoring our learners activity and engage them to improve their language skills.
- Reach out to our learners by phone, email or other networks.
- Manage incoming calls from learners
- Built up our first relationship with these companies.
- Help the sales team maintain and increase the current client, meetings where they will offer our solutions and
follow up the active courses.
