Bilingual Recruitment Intern - Victoria Selection & Search

We are looking for a student intern to join our team in our Madrid office based just off
the Castellana (Calle Ayala). This is part-time opportunity for a proactive student who
is looking for an insight as to how a busy, small business works. Our office is
predominately English speaking however we switch between English and Spanish
throughout the day.
Tasks (among many others) will include:
- Managing and updating CRM system/database (Bullhorn) ensuring all
documentation is recorded with accuracy and precision
- Scheduling meetings and calls for consultants and candidates, managing a
calendar that changes frequently (GSuite, Google Meets, Zoom & Telephone)
- Welcoming candidates for meetings, attending interviews with consultants
and following up with supplementary documentation
- Occasional PA tasks for Consultants (booking flights/train tickets and
managing expenses). Liaising with Receptionist in Barcelona to book meeting
rooms
- Proofreading in English, Formatting CVs and helping with candidate reports
- CV screening, scheduling candidate interviews over the telephone (English
and Spanish)
- Identifying potential business leads and following up
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as and when required (petty cash, buying office
supplies, preparing mailing distribution lists (Excel), organising team
lunches/Christmas presents, etc.)

Requisitos:
The ideal candidate will be a “people person” who is “hands on”. It’s essential that the
chosen intern is proactive, flexible and able to switch gears quickly (working with
people, days can be unpredictable). They must use Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and
G-Suite with ease (Trello a plus). It’s essential that they are able to work in English and
are very confident when speaking on the telephone.
