We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Graduate Consultant to work on our business advisory team in Madrid.
IMPORTANT: Only students will be considered for the internship as the agreement will be between University and Arcadis.
To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:
• Students of Architecture or Technical Architecture.
• Master´s degree students in related discipline.
Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities-
Track and manage construction work workstreams using our in-house digital platform
Monitor due dates of work items and send notifications about overdue tasks
Use judgement and critical thinking to assess technical problems
Track progress and escalate any forecast or actual variances as appropriate
Communicate with multiple stakeholders to relay on important actions, updates and statuses
Support in the production and analysis of progress reports
Collaborate and assist the Senior Technical Due Diligence and Monitoring consultants: information management, assisting to technical inspection onsite, support on technical reports, Measurements over floor plans.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fulltime) - 40hs weekly basis.
Internship will be remunerated with a scholarhip tuition of 900€ per month.

Requisitos:
Motivated, proactive, committed to delivering the highest quality services to our clients
A good team player with strong communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft programs including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and ability to input and use data in digital platforms and applications, and use web-enabled forms
Advanced business english both written and oral
Good understanding of construction technology and building pathology
Good organization and planification skills.
Only students will be considered for the internship.
