Data Scientist Internship at Arbor

As a Data Scientist at Arbor, you will utilize analytical, statistical and programming skills on large and complex datasets to drive business insights and decisions. This role is designed to work across all areas of the business, collaborating very closely with various teams such as IT, Business Development, CEO, Finance, etc.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Quantifying customer risk by building credit scoring models
• Design, code and implement credit scoring models using statistics and machine learning
• Work closely with IT to test and deploy credit scoring models
• Manipulate and analyze complex and high-volume data from varying sources
• Monitor and optimize model performance and accuracy
• Perform analyses and develop analytical dashboards
• Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
• Perform different tests, analyze results and make long-term decisions that will improve the product and customer experience
