Intership (Account Manager) Madrid / Barcelona

Investigation - 1/5 of daily hours.*
- Its important to stay up to date with the goings on in the YouTube world, so interns should spend some time consuming new videos, checking latest trends, looking for new channels and generally being aware of the market.
- This is often possible through just watching videos and scrolling through YouTube, but keeping up to date with influencers on other social media channels helps too
- With this we gain a better overview of which influencers are working on sponsorships, how their audience reacts to ads, how the ad itself does (through clicks on the link) and also more basic elements such as which events they go to, with whom an influencer communicates (through collaborations etc).
- *Sales - 2/5 of daily hours.*
- Pre-sales - When we have a campaign (or multiple) to fill, we will discuss the strategy and format in depth, to prepare a full plan for how to approach the influencers (Number of channels, size of channels, content type, restrictions, ad format etc).
- Next we will build a full list of influencers to target, from which we use an automated service to offer them all the campaign(s). The list will be split between the sales team, so that the team split the workload.
- Intern will begin to receive replies from these interested influencers, and the negotiation phase starts, it is important to understand the needs of the client (model, budget etc) when entering these conversations, so that we can be efficient. All pricing/models/negotiations will be supported by a senior team member, who will be providing the Intern with the data and suggestions to help them.
*Account management & Delivery - 2/5 of daily hours.*
- Once the sales stage is completed, the intern is fully focussed on delivery of the ad.
- At this point, the intern will be speaking with the creators to ensure that the briefing is understood, and that all the required points are covered in their video.

Requisitos:

It is essential to have a high level of written and spoken English, as at this stage language is extremely important to make sure the deal we are offering is clear to the influencer.
