The Role: IT Support - internship
The role of the intern is to support and work with the IT manager to perform the maintenance of the e-commerce web site and applications. The current shop is built on Shopify with additional support apps. Additionally, you will give recommendations to the team about new technologies available in the market and also be in charge of managing the database and solving arising tech problems.

The IT intern, IT manager and the digital marketing manager will share the efforts to grow the online sales channel, including paid and organic marketing across a variety of channels.
Why we need you? Your responsibilities will include everything related to technological maintenance but especially:

● It’s imperative to have a desire to learn about ecommerce ( we use Shopify to add/edit pages, adap, structure, manage settings, experience with multilingual ships)
● The inventory in warehouse in Madrid is managed by Zoho Inventory, which links online and offline sales. Desire on wanting to learn about logistics management is needed.
● Ensure connectivity between tools (google analytics, shopify, social media platforms, etc)
● Be able to create analytics on the stores and advertising campaign performance using google Analytics
● Support in creating monthly reports.
● Support the management the online campaigns to connect digital advertising to the warehouse via the online store
● Manage a multi-language online store (German, French, Spanish, English), each different stores integrating to the same backend, warehouse and analytics
● Manage the communication flow for customers in each language
