Junior Sales Development Representative

Nailted is a VC-backed SaaS startup based in Madrid. We help companies to get a culture-aligned team by setting up a feedback framework which leads to a
continuous improvement.

We're looking for two Junior Sales Development Representative profiles to join
our sales team that will be reporting to our Sales Manager. You'll be working in a very early stage startup in which you'll be able to have a high impact and learn how to build and sell a product from the ground up. We're inside SeedRocket acceleration program at Google Campus for Startups.

Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand each prospect needs and how we can help them with our
solution.
- Generate interest in our audience and schedule first introduction meetings for
the sales team.
- Properly use the SDR toolset to work effectively, track activity and identify
successes and failures.
- Proficient with the SaaS tools used by top sales teams.
- Properly handle all the information we manage in terms of confidentiality,
integrity, and availability.

Main Tasks
- Help us discover new niches of our target audience to feed of MQLs the top
of our sales funnel
- Contact new leads from small or medium companies and start conversations
through LinkedIn, email, phone or other communication channels, following
the sales process of Nailted

Requisitos:

- No previous experience needed
- An eager learning mindset
- Native level of Spanish and Advanced English
- Full of energy - able and eager to handle high activity volume (calls, emails,
etc)
- Natural sales ability - enjoy making convincing arguments and overcoming
the challenge of getting in touch with qualified prospects - a hunter mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively
articulate our
solution's value proposition
- Experience with CRMs software is a plus
- Winning attitude, competitive drive, ambitious and passionate
