Operations Manager Intern at Trucksters

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager Intern that speaks German (with the expectation to take the word “intern” out of the name after 3 months).
Hi! We are Trucksters, a new Spanish company backed by leading corporations like Porsche Group with the goal of optimizing how trucks move in Europe.

We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation and sense of responsibility (we are quite flexible so we need highly responsible individuals) that will support the development of our operations a whole: from process definition to promoting new fresh ideas along the way (Creativity is a must).

¿What do we need from you?

- Analyse our client’s operations -trucking companies- and estimate how much money they can save using Trucksters

- Define operational processes

- Research the inner workings of the transportation industry throughout Europe

- Selection of strategic providers (e.g. insurance companies)

- Define and implement the driver’s relationships with Trucksters

- Able to pitch the project with new strategic clients
