Sales Support Iberia Internship

You will be a member of Iberia PS team in our Madrid office.
PS team is dedicated to sell SOLIDWORKS portfolio through a reseller Network in a region. Our region EuroWest covers Iberia. You will have to communicate with sales, presale or marketing persons in all these countries.
You will report to the Geo Leaders with a close coaching and daily support of the Sales Operation person.
The Challenges ahead
You will manage license Chitcodes requests with collaboration of the Sales Operations and Sales Administration, and Check Topline Partner request.
You will prepare and optimize discount requests with EuroWest Sales Operations (merge, harmonize anniversary dates …).
You will contribute to YLC/ALC forecasting.
You will provide Sales / Partners support based on their daily activities / request (Process & tools : Partner Portal, Oracle Forecast Management tool).
You will identify and capitalize Best Practices within the sales tools to optimize the overall process.
You will also identify skill up needs to be delivered through Sales Operations Knowledge base or dedicated trainings to the Sales / Partners.
You will identify key materials to support salesperson (Customer Reference, Industry materials …).

Requisitos:
Your key success factors
You have very good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced), Outlook, CRM. You have good knowledge Sales Methods, Process and Tools as well.
You are customer centric and a compelling communicator, and you have great interest in Financial consolidation & reporting.
