Technical Support Intern - Madrid

As a Verse Technical Support Specialist, you will be the point of contact in the technical part of one of our providers in Madrid to contribute for optimizing our delightful software for all of our users around the world. Our team uses the latest technologies and we’ll need your expertise to keep us at the cutting-edge by rapidly developing, fast, and secure experiences for our users.


What you’ll do:


Help maintain the integration between our product and the supplier solution

Collaborate and work well remotely with the team members

Help maintain the infrastructure (monitoring, logging) and deployment pipelines

Troubleshoot and debug applications

Collaborate with our app developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Identify problems and advising on the solution

Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems

Working with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious

Testing and fixing faulty equipment
