Trainee Procurement (Supply Chain)

Funciones más significativas:
Supporting the Local Procurement team with the implementation of the SoE Procurement strategy and Beiersdorf Procedures, in relation to both PC (Argentona and Tres Cantos) and MU (Spain).

1. Support local Procurement Team to ensure that SoE Procurement strategy and Beiersdorf Procedures are implemented for Indirects Spend in the Spanish PCs and in the commercial affiliate and ensure that all purchases adhere to it.
2. Approve/create purchase requisitions/ purchase orders (PO) in order to order materials, goods and services; follow up on deliveries; support the internal process of POs creation with internal stakeholders.
3. Be in charge of Procurement operational tasks: vendor opening, contract signature/archiving/follow up, master data creation and invoice clarification in case of discrepancies with the contractual agreements
4. Support the PC/MU buyer in the negotiations
5. Support the PC/MU buyer in the most relevant cross country projects (supplier evaluation, risk management, master data quality)
6. Produce and maintain all relevant Procurement KPI and PI reports and all relevant master data activities for spend analysis.
7. Looking for efficiencies and continuous improvement of the procurement process.
