Executive Assistant / Asistente Ejecutivo

The Executive Assistant supports General Manager in its coordination with the different departments,
clients, and providers of REMS. He ensures the good management of the administrative and legal
aspects of the company.
Responsibilities:
● Assist the General Manager in its daily tasks and its relationships with clients and providers.
● Edit contract service & invoices of each business line aligned with the Sales department.
● Scan, file and save important documents (invoices, contracts, notarial acts, etc.).
● Ensure the successful completion of the real estate purchase cycle in relation with the investor, the
REMS lawyer, the notary and the seller.
● Assist the teams on legal and fiscal questions.
● Schedule team activities and prepare the PowerPoints for internal meetings (team and awards).
● Track office supplies and approve/decline the orders requests and storage of the deliveries.
● Conduct comparative studies (benchmark) of potential product and service providers.
● Verify the good payments and respect of the commercial conditions with our providers.
Conditions and benefits:
● Location: Malaga historic center.
● Schedule: 15:00 - 19:00, from Monday to Friday.
● Position: 6 months internship with compensation and a potential permanent contract.
● Days off: Weekends + unlimited holidays if approved by the General Manager.

Requisitos:
Skils and qualifications:
● Strong writing and communication in English and Spanish (French is a plus.)
● Excellent attention to detail, time-management, multitasking, proactivity and problem solving.
● Knowledge of standards and documents related to the sale/purchase of real estate.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new relevant software.
● Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required.
