Jira Support Internship in Palma de Mallorca

Descripción:
The main tool used to support Project delivery, Change management and Incident management within Hotelbeds Group is Jira. The role holder will support the Jira user base and when required support ongoing development projects including development of dashboards, workflows and creation of custom spaces. The post holder will gain experience in support of Jira and experience working within an ITIL framework. There will also be the opportunity to gain an overview in project delivery and the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
Liaise with users and service their requests
Contributing to ensuring the smooth delivery of future development of Jira
Suggesting ways of rectifying problems that arise
Working with IT Operations technical areas to improve service
Maintain strong working relationships across IT Operations and wider Jira user base
Reporting risks and problems to Leader of ITO Process and Controls

Requisitos:

Studies area:

Computing, IT or software development.
Language skills:

Either English or Spanish at Native level with Intermediate level of Spanish or English as the second language
Soft / Personal skills:

Strong communication skills
An eye for detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Other valuable experience/skills:
Strong skillset in programming and development preferably of Jira
Good general IT technology knowledge.
